Refund Policy

Credit packs

Paid credit packs are intended for immediate access to digital generation capacity. If a payment is captured but credits are not added to your account, contact hello@actionfiguregenerator.store with the PayPal order id.

Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility within 7 days of purchase. Credits already consumed by successful digital generation jobs are generally not refundable.

Failed generations

Jobs that fail, are rejected, or time out should not consume credits. The system records ledger entries and refunds failed reserved credits automatically when the provider reports a failed state.

A successful mockup means the provider returned one or more result URLs. We do not guarantee that every generated concept will match a user expectation exactly.

Production credential note

If PayPal is not configured, checkout APIs return a setup-required error and no silent payment success is recorded. Dev-only previews are labeled as non-production.
